Great central, seafront location. Easily accessable to local carparks and very near the Grand Pier and other amenities. The hotel had a lift to all floors making it really accessable to most people however there were a few steps into the hotel to begin with. The hotel also has a good, reasonably priced daytime menu in their outdoor eating area with a good bar/cocktail menu which is open to non patrons which was well supported Reasonable sized room with comfotable bed. Our room had a basic ensuit with shower and was adequate. We had a sea view. Good check in and out times we didnt feel rushed to have breakfast and leave. The breakfast was good, a decent choice on offer. We will definatly book again and look forward another visit.

Everything. Room was plenty big enough with all facilities available. Clean and tidy. Breakfasts were amazing and the manager was a great guy who couldn’t do enough to make us welcome and enjoy our stay. In fact , we had to book an extra night as our car broke down and they accommodated us straight away. Then the next morning the same guy got us a taxi sorted to fetch the car from local repair garage. Would have no hesitation in booking here again and would very highly recommend this hotel. Fabulous cooked breakfast and unlimited cereal, toast hot and cold drinks. Good atmosphere amongst guests. 5 mins walk to South beach so no dogs! Staff made sure we had everything we needed and much appreciated the free upgrade😃. Lovely walks along the beach in the evening and chilling out in beach in the daytime. Town centre just around the corner with lovely parks and places to sit and relax. Reception happy to book taxis and mobility scooters. 🏖️⛱️

the staff so friendly, the food was amazing as we stayed in hotel for food in the evening and the breakfast set up was good, the room was lovely and tidy blinds was ok after the lady came to fix them to pull them down but a nice black out curtain would be nice for the room too and a look-able window due to children wanting to look out the window but couldn’t because the window wasn’t locked. would definitely stay here again loved every second there!

The staff were excellent and very friendly, we had an evening meal at the hotel, the kitchen was just closing as we arrived back, but they took our order and cooked our meal, the food was fantastic. Breakfast next morning was also excellent. A fantastic hotel and all staff members were very professional and very friendly.
